Website rules, responsibilities and important boundaries for using TILBAJ Education services.
These Terms of Use govern use of the TILBAJ Education website and general online services. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and any separate signed engagement letter, invoice, service agreement or portal terms that apply to paid or personalised services.
TILBAJ provides education-support services such as admissions guidance, university/course matching, application preparation support, scholarship/funding guidance, interview or Pre-CAS preparation, visa-application readiness guidance, career guidance and related student support. The exact scope of a paid engagement is the scope confirmed separately with the client.
Website eligibility assessments, scholarship-readiness tools and application-entry forms are preliminary guidance tools. They do not create an offer of admission and are not a guarantee that a university, scholarship provider, immigration authority or other third party will approve an application.
Universities, scholarship bodies, testing providers, embassies, visa/immigration authorities and other external organisations make their own decisions and may change their requirements, fees, timetables or policies. TILBAJ does not control those decisions.
Any TILBAJ service fees, payment dates, refund terms or third-party charges should be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, engagement letter or service agreement. University tuition/deposits, application fees, visa fees, test fees, insurance and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
We aim to keep content useful and current, but admissions criteria, scholarship availability, tuition, deposit requirements, immigration rules and timelines can change without notice. Time-sensitive pages should be checked against the relevant official source before a decision or payment is made.
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit forged documents, or use TILBAJ services to facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct.
TILBAJ-owned website copy, layouts, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. University names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification where permitted; their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or partnership.
The website may link to university, government or other third-party websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. TILBAJ is not responsible for third-party website availability or content it does not control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, TILBAJ is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party decisions, inaccurate information supplied by the user, missed deadlines outside TILBAJ's control, or changes made by universities or authorities after advice was given.
We may restrict website access or decline/suspend services where there is suspected fraud, abusive conduct, non-payment under an agreed engagement, security risk, unlawful activity, or another material breach of applicable terms, subject to any contractual and legal rights.
The law and forum applicable to a paid engagement may depend on the contracting TILBAJ entity, the customer's location and mandatory consumer law. The final live Terms should therefore be reviewed by TILBAJ's legal adviser and aligned with the legal entity named on invoices/engagement letters before publication.
