1. Educational information only
TILBAJ Education provides education-consultancy and application-support information. Website content is general information and personalised support is limited to the service scope agreed with the client. Nothing on the site should be treated as a university admission decision, immigration decision, legal advice, regulated financial advice or a guarantee of outcome.
2. No guarantee of admission, scholarship, CAS or visa
Admissions, scholarships, tuition discounts, Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) decisions, visas, permits and immigration outcomes are decided by independent universities, scholarship providers and government authorities. TILBAJ can prepare and support an application but cannot guarantee those decisions.
3. Information changes
University entry requirements, tuition, deposits, scholarships, deadlines, immigration rules, dependants rules, financial-evidence thresholds, fees and post-study work routes can change. Time-sensitive pages may show a review date, but applicants should still confirm the latest official position before payment, travel or submission.
4. Scholarships and funding
References to scholarships, fee discounts, bursaries, payment plans or low-deposit opportunities are subject to eligibility, availability, programme, intake and provider terms. A reference to an opportunity does not mean the applicant will receive it.
5. University names and logos
University and third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Where displayed, they are used for identification and informational purposes unless a formal partnership is expressly stated. Their presence on this website does not by itself mean endorsement or agency status.
6. Testimonials and student stories
Student testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not promises that another applicant will receive the same admission, scholarship, timeline, visa result or career outcome.

Links to universities, government bodies and other third parties are provided for convenience and verification. TILBAJ does not control those websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or later changes.
8. Fraud and impersonation warning
Applicants should verify payment instructions and adviser communications through TILBAJ's authorised contact channels. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, card PINs or unnecessary banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent TILBAJ.
9. Responsibility for decisions
Applicants remain responsible for reviewing their own documents and declarations, meeting deadlines, following official requirements and making informed financial/travel decisions. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
